Managing DNS Records in Plesk

Learn how to manage DNS records for your domain in Plesk. DNS records control how your domain directs traffic, including where your website, email, and other services are hosted.

Steps

  1. Log in to Plesk via your Zeniar Portal
  2. Select Websites & Domains from the left-hand menu
  3. Expand the domain you'd like to manage DNS records for
  4. Click DNS Settings under the Hosting & DNS section
  5. From here you can:
    • Add a record — Click Add Record, select the record type (e.g. A, CNAME, MX, TXT), enter the required details, and click OK
    • Edit a record — Click on the record you'd like to change, update the details, and click OK
    • Delete a record — Tick the checkbox next to the record and click Remove

Be careful when making changes to DNS records, as incorrect settings can affect your website and email services. Changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate.
