Looking to move your WordPress website to Zeniar? This guide walks you through the migration process using the free All-in-One WP Migration plugin, making it simple to transfer your entire site — including pages, posts, media, plugins, themes, and database.
Exporting from Your Current Host
- Log in to the WordPress admin dashboard on your current hosting provider
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New and search for All-in-One WP Migration
- Install and activate the plugin
- Navigate to All-in-One WP Migration > Export from the left-hand menu
- Click Export To and select File
- Once the export is complete, download the file to your computer
Importing to Zeniar
- Install WordPress on your Zeniar hosting account using the WP Toolkit in Plesk
- Log in to the new WordPress admin dashboard on Zeniar
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New and install All-in-One WP Migration
- Activate the plugin
- Navigate to All-in-One WP Migration > Import from the left-hand menu
- Click Import From and select File
- Upload the export file you downloaded earlier
- Once the import is complete, click Finish to finalise the migration
- Navigate to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes to refresh your URL structure
After Migration
- Update your nameservers — Point your domain to Zeniar's nameservers (NS1.ZENHOST.AU and NS2.ZENHOST.AU) with your domain registrar
- Check SSL — Ensure your free SSL certificate is active in Plesk
- Test your site — Browse through your pages, posts, and forms to make sure everything is working correctly
- Update passwords — Change your WordPress admin password for security
