The Zeniar Portal dashboard is your central hub for managing your hosting account. This guide gives you a quick overview of the key sections so you know where to find everything.

Key Sections

  1. Dashboard — Your main overview page showing your active services, recent invoices, and account details
  2. Services — View and manage all your active hosting plans. From here, you can log in to Plesk, change your password, and view service details
  3. Billing — Access your invoices, payment methods, and quotes. You can also update your payment details and download invoice PDFs
  4. Support — Submit and track support tickets. Our Australian support team typically responds within 24 hours
  5. User Management — Invite team members or other users to your account and manage their access permissions
  6. Security Settings — Manage your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) settings
  7. Account Details — Update your personal information, billing address, and email preferences

Quick Actions from the Dashboard

  • Log in to Plesk — Click the Manage dropdown next to your service and select Log in to Plesk to access your hosting control panel
